1. All prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
2. Prices may be increased yearly by CPI for the relevant period.
3. The price quoted is to cover the services quoted for. Any extra work may attract an increase in price.
3. Payment for work is to be made at the completion of each job unless specific terms of payment have been agreed.
4. We reserve the right to cease cleaning if payment falls into arrears.
5. If payment is not made by the due date the customer will be liable for any recovery costs & collection fees.
6. Your cleaner is an independent owner operator.
7. Your cleaner has been security checked & regularly holds keys & alarm details
8. Please report any damage to your cleaner within 24 hours of the damage and notice in writing, including full details, must be given within 7 days.
9. We would prefer you to arrange access to your home with your cleaner so that work can be completed within the course of a day. If you wish to wait for your cleaner please be aware that arrival times are approximate only and could vary by up to 4 hours.
10. No one is perfect – sometimes we get it wrong. Please contact your cleaner immediately if you have any concerns about the quality of the cleaning. They guarantee to fix any problems on the next visit or you will get the next clean for free
